September is Library Sign Up Month

Download a Library Card Application Form. and receive The limited edition El Paso Public Library (EPPL) Smart Card that features UTEP’s new basketball coach, Tim Floyd.

Please bring in the completed application to a library near you. (pdf) with an identification card with your picture, your name, and your current address.

If under 13 years of age, parent or legal guardian must present his/her ID and sign your library card application.
