Children had fun with face painter, Frank Varela at the Esperanza Acosta Library. Top requests were Hello Kitty, spiders, flowers and dragons. Frank is a librarian and poet. He comes from an artistic family. Although writing is his first passion, drawing provides another avenue for his artistic expression.
