It is Spring Break...at EAM by Misael

"We start the hangout with an an epic Disney film.  A flat-out terrific movie about an exciting and inspirational true story of the Western College basketball team that changed college basketball forever! How epic is this?!? After that we started doing our basketball picture frames. It's a picture frame surrounded by basketballs.  With our frames sucessfully finished, we wrap things up and end our hangout"

Performing and Creating a play of "Why I like to come to the Library?" By Winnie

"Carlos and Catherine, actors from Shakespeare on the Rocks and Viva El Paso, begin this theater lesson with an icebreaker.  They explained the stage layout and teens were introduced to the KEAM project (Why I like to go to the library?).  As a group, we begin to brainstorm and talk about why we like to come to the library, some reasons discussed were that the library is free and the library is a place that offers educational help and helps expand vocabulary.  The library is a peaceful and quite place and offers many activities to the community.  After that teens were split into different groups.  Each group had a reporter, producer, anchor and researcher.  Each group then begin to create a portion of the play or film."--Winnie
